An information system will be created for the Northern Sea Route at a cost of 1.3 billion rubles

The Federal State Unitary Enterprise Atomflot carried out a “direct purchase from a single supplier” in the amount of more than 1.3 billion rubles. Under the terms of the contract, the contractor is obliged to create a single platform for digital services of the Northern Sea Route (the first stage is “Creation of the UPDS NSR (Basic functionality)”), reports IA REGNUM with reference to the documentation.

Information about the purchase appeared on the public services portal on January 18, 2022. The contract price is 1,330,569,457.08 rubles.

The work shall be completed by February 19, 2024. It is specified that the goal of the project is to create a single platform for digital services of the Northern Sea Route.

The counterparty is Greenatom from Moscow. The company was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in December 2009. Its director is Mikhail Ermolaev. According to open data, the corporation was the executor of more than 600 government contracts for a total amount of over 4.5 billion rubles.

Let us recall that among other major IT contracts, one can note the transaction of a “subsidiary” asset of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation. The finalization of the information system "Nalog-service" in 2020 was estimated at 8.7 billion rubles.
